We want you to feel at peace with your subscription. If Virtue+ isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase or renewal date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Virtue+ subscription at any time from your account page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.
Beyond 30 days
After the 30-day window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, though we'll always review requests in cases of duplicate charges, technical issues, or other unusual circumstances. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies.
